A 10 minute workout is perfect for people with a hectic time schedule. And lately who does not have busy schedule? However just training 10 minutes a day will not give you the desired results. Therefor ten minute workouts have an user manual. Here is my guide to these short and intensive bursts for a quick 10 minute workout pump.
First of all these workout are just ten minutes(duhh). In that time there’s a limit to what you can do and what you can achieve. A limit to how much you strain your muscles and a limit of calories you can burn. But still a ten minute training is way more effective than watching tv for ten minutes right. But to get the most of these ten minute, do exactly that. Get the most of it, do the exercise as intense as possible. Try to find your limit in those ten minutes. This will make you feel great afterwards and it will cause your metabolism to peak, making you feel great for the rest of the day and make your burn more calorie. And yes you guessed it, the bets time to perform these short workouts is right before you hit the shower in the morning. All you need to do is set your alarm clock 10 minutes earlier and add an extra egg white to your breakfast.
Okay 20 minutes of training is better than 10 right, and 30 minutes is even more effective. The problem is you don’t have 30 or even 20 minutes to train... at once. But throughout a whole day, i bet you do. So if you want the maximum results, do the maximum training! Because it doesn't matter how intense you do the workouts it's still just a short ten minute workout. But however if you would do two or three workouts a day, that's a different story. And like i said they do not have to be right after each other. For example you can do a chest workout in the morning, a 10 minute abs workout in your lunch break (before you eat) and a 10 minute leg workout before you go to bed. That way you worked your whole body in that day.
Just like with normal routines, combine the muscle groups. If you’re doing a workout for your abs, try to also do a full body workout later on that day. And you can switch this up every day, so you body doesn't simply gets used to a certain set of exercise, but will be shocked every day, giving you better results. So try to do different workouts every day. And if you really want to change things up, try combining different exercises from different short workouts, creating your own personal 10 minute workout.
