Crossovers are great for sculpting your chest and adding thickness. It targets
the middle chest which gives you those nice edge in the middle.
Chest Dips is a
great exercise for the lower chest. It gives you that chiseled look at the
bottom of the chest
Push ups are the one
exercise that targets the whole chest. And can be done by anyone. It's by far
the safest exercise for the chest
