My Favorite Exercises

Everybody has his favorite exercises.. And of course i have some favourite exercises of my own. Every week i will also add the 'exercise of the week' this will be an exercise that i really enjoyed doing over the last week. Behind every link you will find a full guide with graphics about how to perform the technique. And why this exercise is so effective.

Military Press

The Military Press was the first exercise featured in the exercise of the week. And not without reason it's a great exercise for developing round and full shoulders.

Level: Intermediate


Bench Press

The Bench Press the most popular exercise there is! Why? Because it's probably the most effective exercise to gain upper body mass... if it's done correctly.

Main Target: Chest
Secondary Targets: Shoulders, Triceps
Equipment: Barbell
Type of exercise: Compound
Level: Beginner


Oblique Crunches

The Oblique crunch is my favourite exercise for working my abs. It targets all the muscle that are needed to get a solid six-pack

Level: Beginner


Incline Dumbell Press

I have a hard time getting my chest full and round. Mostly on the upper part, the incline dumbell press is a great exercise that isolates the chest and specifically targets the upper chest. Which solves all of my problems. This is by far my favourite exercise!
