Everybody has his favorite exercises.. And of course i have some favourite exercises of my own. Every week i will also add the 'exercise of the week' this will be an exercise that i really enjoyed doing over the last week. dumbell press is a great exercise that isolates the chest and specifically
targets the upper chest. Which solves all of my problems. This is by far my
