Who doesn’t want to lose weight fast, get rid of some extra pounds of fat and get a nice ripped body? Everybody right? And everybody wants to do that as easy as possible right? Let me break it to you. There is no easy way! If you want to lose weight fast and permanently you have to work hard and change your lifestyle, that’s the only way you will keep that fat away.

There are basically two factors to keep in mind
Or body creates fat to store energy. Energy that it could not use at that moment. To make your body use that energy again, you have to drain your first energy source, which are carbohydrates. Which it get gets from direct intake. In other words, from what you eat. If you reduce your intake, your body is forced to use your fat reserves for energy. Which means you will lose weight faster! Here are some tips to decrease your intake.

Replace you soda drink by water. Soda drinks, even the light versions, contain a lot of calories, all in the form of carbohydrates. Replacing this with water will also make you feel full which means you’re less likely to feel hungry. |

Food with a lot of fiber burn a lot of calories while digesting, sometimes even more than they provide. This is the case with raw vegetables, for example a carrot will give your 20 calories but needs 25 to digest. So you actually burned some calories by eating! Protein also need extra energy to digest, though not more than they provide. But proteins are used to build new muscle tissue and is the last resort for your body to get energy from. this will be a good basis to lose weight fast. |
Instead of eating two or three huge meals a day. Eat six small ones. This will make you feel satisfied throughout the day, which prevents you from stuffing yourself with every meal. Also if you count on si meals a day means you prepare six meals a day. This means your less likely to eat unhealthy snacks. Unless you prepare an unhealthy meal, not recommended!!!

Your body takes 20 minutes to signal your brain that you’re full. If you stuff yourself as fast as you can. You will be definitely be eating more than is good for you. Eating relaxed and calm prevents this. So to wrap it up: to lose weight fast you have to eat slow!

Interval trainings don’t just burn a lot of calories but they also makes your body burn a lot the whole day! Try to do high intensity interval trainings three times a week and normal interval trainings or 10 minute workouts on the other days. The key factor to this is exercise frequently six short sessions a week is way more effective than two or three long ones. |

So gaining 4 pounds of muscle will make you use 56 more calories a day. doesn’t seem like much, but every bit helps right. Plus muscle takes up less space than fat, so you will actually look 4 to 8 pounds slimmer.
