Truth about Abs Review
The weight I lost and whatever toning I achieved quickly went reverted to my old flabby self. I had gotten to the point that I never thought I would get that tight, six pack look I had in high school until I discovered almost by accident “The Truth About Abs”. I had stumbled across the ebook as I was searching for simple workout program that I could start to help augment my jogging routine. At first, it seemed just like any other book about abdominal training and contained some of the “hype” that reminded me of other books about ab training that I had read. But the author, Mike Geary took a different approach once I started reading more fully into his book. Instead of loading it up with promises and false motivations, he offered 106 pages of solid information, an easy to follow diet plan that didn’t involve starvation and unique, effective exercises that went beyond the traditional ab routines from my grade school days and offered a complete program that helped me obtain the more sculpted look I had been longing for. “The Truth About Abs” dispenses with the popular myths about getting that cut, six pack look. Addressing each myth and the reasons why they don’t work, this was information that I found very informative and enlightening as I began the program. Mike Geary not only explains the proper exercises and how to perform them correctly, he combines it with an overall strength training and effect diet that offered plenty of good, healthy food that filled me up rather than left me starving. Mike Geary is a personal trainer with plenty of years of experience and I was glad to see that he offered a regular newsletter that also offered effective tips on how to get the most out of my workout routines. If Mike Geary is in this to make money, he certainly offers far more in his advice and book that what I wound up paying for. What makes “The Truth About Abs” special is the focus Mike Geary takes on the various sections of the abdominal region and how each exercise directly affects those muscle groups. I found out what I was doing right and wrong for all these years and the education definitely helped. He also listed over 20 great abdominal exercises that I could pick and choose from to get the results I wanted with clear, concise instructions and full color pictures so I knew instantly how to do them correctly. I learned a great deal from “The Truth About Abs”, especially the unique, effective abdominal exercises and meal suggestions that now have my mid-section looking a lot leaner and more cut than I thought possible in such a relatively short period of time. I cannot recommend this book enough, if you want to know “The Truth About Abs”, it pays you to purchase this book today. Free report!
